Our founder brings years of industry leadership to Xenia. With experience managing large-scale pub operations predominately food focused sites, they have trained staff in all areas from pracitical skills,health and safety and customer service, social media strategy, and innovative menu creation. Their hands-on background in kitchen operations and cost management allows them to provide practical, result-driven solutions for independent hospitality operators looking to scale and modernize their business.
